I like the second design. The text is slightly cluttered, and I think you need some images to break up the text. Other than that, great job.

I think you will have a lot of contrast issues in the first one, and I think the second one is put together better.

Second design definitely, the borders are really nice. I think you should change your image to a shot of TMCC or Reno

second design is working alot better for me personally. The white has a better flow than the black background.
