Wow! Very nice, Seth. No wonder it was late.
This website absolutely looks like a "real" website. It's very professional looking. Almost like it's ready to be launched any day now. It has great use of color, imagery and contrast. It's also an excellent example of an endless scrolling website. I like the large top banner images. They really set the tone for each of the pages and help indicate what sort of firm this place wants to be. The navigation is prominent and easy to use with subtle rollovers and type just big enough to be obvious, without dominating. Nice placement of the logo as well.
Just a couple of nitpicks. One, I think it would have been that much better if it was full screen and liquid. Two, your button text under "We transform ideas into solutions" seems to alternate between centered and left aligned. I think they should be one or the other.
Otherwise, fantastic work. Bravo!
