Both great designs that look good and pleasing to the eye. The colors and use of space is great. I couldn't say which is better because they are both outstanding, if there was one thing you could improve on, is that if you went with the second design than you should change the footer.

These are both nice designs! However I think the first one with the circles looks the best and the design is more developed, I think it will work better.
