I really like your first design alot. My only suggestion would be to tone the white down a little bit, maybe make it a really pale shade of the green used in the background. I also like the colors you used in your second design.

I like both of them, the sleek one is sleek and the other one does what its aimming for. Although i like the first one more i think the second one is better. It uses boxes quite well. Like for the logo.
