I think it is very cool as a layout. I think that the rollover buttons add a good level of interest as well to keep you looking at the page. I think that the home button is a little out of place with the rest of the layout. I really like how it turned out though!

you can make head line bigger and dynamics!

Your website is really clean and proper it has a very clean look to it and i really like the other pages they will work well with the first page for sure!
