I don’t have a preference, both work; I like the eye symbol/logo. I would change the red to green though since the program is part of the tmcc lineup. In the top design, I think you forgot the tmcc logo. Great start though.

First design. While the second is strong too, the first one is more appropriate for the content that's being provided. There isn't anything glaringly wrong with it.

I love the big juicy font and the eye. The first one is more interesting to me; I think that "clean tab bar" at the top of the second one is overused and overworshipped nowadays

Great design I like the first one more, but I do prefer the nav of the second one.

The first one certainly has the dynamics needed, but that color...very bright... As other said, perhaps some TMCC green to mute it?
