The first design is beautiful! I love the simple imagery, it reminds me of all the logos and art work I see at the grocery store in the fruit and juice sections.

I really think both are nice! Very inviting, fresh, colorful, and making me want a glass of OJ! I like the 2nd design. The organization and the way it is laid out.

I like the first design with all the circles. The colors you chose are very bright, and vibrant and work good for advertising orange juice. Maybe make the type on the nav bar a little bigger.

Suuuuuuper cute.
I really like the second design, I feel like it's more simple and to the point.
Lovely use of colors and sizes of elements to form a hierarchy.
