I like both the layouts of your design especially the 2 design. Great color choice it stands out and is readable, the only thing I would suggest is the first 1 design mobile the circle causes hard to read maybe try to change the opacity or create small multiple circles horizontal to separate the paragraphs but other than that great job.

I do like your black background one more. I can't really read the mobile one because of the circle though. But that can be moved around or modified.

I like the bottom design a little better because it interesting. My eye caught on the circle and the more I looked at it, I was enjoying it. Maybe you could add a little more color or tints to the design. I hope that helps.
