I love the artwork in both designs. both are functional. the one with the little kid catches my eye more because of the layout and how you designed it.

I like your first design simple and clear to read. Its is missing the TMCC logo and on the mobile version if you have the links on the screen you don't really need the hamburger menu.

I also like how your second design looks. That landscape creates a calming mood and makes me want to stay on the site.
