I really like the look of these layouts. They are cute, but still really professional and straightforward. Super duper easy to read and navigate. And you've got an especially nice personal logo!
Changing the TMCC logo to white was a good choice I think. I do think I like the framing your white and black sections give your computer layout and kind of miss them in the mobile version. But still, I think your final designs turned out lovely!

Good clean design, I like it. On your mobile design, you might want to lose the hamburger menu if you are going to have the toolbar at the bottom.
