Hiya Kiana,

I’m not sure if I’ve had a class with you yet, but the way you designed your site and every font and color choice really helped me to get an idea of who you are and your style very quickly, which I think is the whole point of your site! So you did great! The first design is minimal, like you said, but really gives your an opportunity to showcase your portfolio. I honestly don’t have much to write in terms of critique. Maybe you could center your info paragraph so it’s aligned with your portfolio work and the class information at the bottom, but that’s it!

Hi Kiana,
I really like the grid layout design you are using in both of your designs. The white space around everything looks really good in showing your artwork, therefore, I would say to go with the first layout. I also really like the typeface used, it goes really well with your name and I like how you are using it to create something of an outside border/margin around your artwork.

Hi Kiana,

I like the typefaces you used for your websites, I do like the color you added since you have so much white space it makes it more interesting. Maybe making your type bigger might help fill in some space. I like your first composition for your mobile site. Great job can't wait to see what's next.

Hi Kiana! You capture simplicity really well with your design layouts. Its not easily done but I think you pulled it off! I personally like your second design better, you chose a nice color scheme for that one, and the font is a nice choice too. Can't wait to see where you go with either of your designs for this project!

Hi Kiana!

Both of these are really good but I like your first mobile design the best! I would fix your name because it is hard to read. Maybe play with the weight of the font for the tabs, take your GRC info and put it below your designs and push the designs up. It makes it seem like your information is the website tabs so it is a bit confusing. But overall it is very clean and pretty
