I like the layout and colors of your first one, it looks very readable and easy to navigate and the colors work well with each other. great job!

One thing I would suggest is to make your site have less type. it feels so crowded and hard to look at. If I had one suggestion It would be to reduce things and only conveying the most important information.

Both designs are nice, I like your first one alot and it resembles a website that TMCC actually owns. I love the dark header with your navi bar to give contrast to the white background for text / image placements. Formatting is the only issue I see with it and other than that it looks great. Cant wait to see which design you go with and improve on!
