I like the first one but I don't see a navbar or a navigation system. If you added that I think that would be your best bet for getting a good grade on this project.

You have made great two designs here. I absolutely love your first one, using the TMCC logo as the main background element is honestly one of the smartest thing you did with with your design thats its crazy good. The green and white colors pop with that transparent contrast you do between the image and text. Super creative and I love how you made the website forces you to stay engaged. Cant wait to see which one you do and improve on!
