I'm liking the differences, it feels less crowded, the use of the white boxes is really well done.

Well look at that. A nice, clean, no-nonsense layout that presents it's information well. Good to see, Isaac.
My favorite bit of it is the neon effect for your header and subheads. Really makes 'em stand out. You've learned that ther best neon looks use white lettering or shapes and then a colored glow. The human eye will infer the color from the glow. Good work with the gradient background as well. It helps add a bit of visual interest. The next best thing about this page is how crisply it's laid out. Everything is well placed, has crystal clear hierarchy and uses margin extremely well. Excellent use of proximity too. You've grouped your content into pods that easily transition from computer to mobile layouts. I like the use of contrast here as well. Everything stands out nicely. Your navigation is easy to see and use too.
Your bodyopy could have been a little lighter to differentiate it better from your other text. Right now it's a little too bold. It could also stand to be a little larger on your mobile layout.

Hi Isaac!
I like the retro vibe that you have. Very cool choice of fonts and font effects. I think you should replace Home with your name so you know that it’s a website about you! And I would make your body text bigger. I like your choice of style and colors
