Hi! I really like both of your designs but my favorite is the first one with purples/reds. Although I like the colors, maybe play around with a little more contrast in colors. The purple border around your picture kind of disappears with the other colors. I would also align my body copy a little more to the center or add something into the open space. Other than that, it is easy to navigate, and I like the little added touches above the "buttons".

I like your second web design. I think purple and white match each other well. Also, I think the type is well placed. And I think it's good idea that logo is the circle. Also, I think your paragraph and project layouts are well listed.
