Project 01 Final
Re: Project 01 Final
Hello Kym! I love the look of your final design, I'm really glad you went with the city-scape design! The colors are very cohesive and pleasing to the eyes. One thing I would change is moving the body copy in your mobile version a bit more to the center, otherwise this design is quite perfect! Awesome work, Kym!

Awww yeah! The cityscape one. This one's got such an atmosphere to it. Definitely the right pick, Kym.
I love the detail in it. It has a Gotham feel to it that's just rad. Well, either that or the opening frames of the 1980's Ninja Turtle cartoon. That gradient night sky and that silhouette moon are such a great one-two combo alaso. The colors you've chose nicely compliment the atmospherics and theatrics you're going for here. Your actual layout itself is very simple and clean because you knew your image/type/colors would be doing most of the heavy lifting here. Good choices on your type, BTW. Both the typefaces work well together and don't clash. Their boldness works here as well since you're using placement and shape to establish hierarchy. Your navigation is easy to see and hopefully to use. I really like the different kinds of buttons you have going on here. They're creating a two tiered system where the project buttons and the class buttons are easily distinguishable.
I think I would have used that cool teardrop bodycopy shape on the mobile design. I also think the teardrop would look better if it were a little more centered in the text column on your computer layout. I also think the TMCC class info sans-serif clashes a little with your chosen typefaces.
Well done!

Hello Kym! You did a really amazing job with your landscape and it transfers well between your mobile and your website! The colors are perfect and everything works really well together! The circle body text is a very fun design choice and I find it to very unique!

Hello Kym,
I really like youre graphics, the skyline looks really cool without overpowering or dragging the eye a couple of your margins could be a little bigger but its great!
