I like the effects on the type for your name on the header but everywhere else it sort of seems like too much especially on the links. Overall good job.
Good navigation. The eye flows round the whole thing. All the elements are pretty evenly weighted. That is one thing I'd say you could play with --making some items less dominant than they currently are.
