But seriously, I like the clean layout and contrast of the first and the colorful whimsey of the second. I would take the design and layout of the first one and add in more color and higher contrast (bright whites and pitch blacks, less pea greens) along with the colorful images and infographics of the second. Also, justify that type, it'll make the texk look like it's in very tightly defined blocks and columns. I'd also like to see some imagery or texture or something of visual interest in the headers at the top of your design.

I like the first one but I do think that you should add more visual elements to the site to make it scream GRC. Keep it professional yet at the same time promote the creativity that is involved in the program.

First one seems a lot stronger, I agree with Alax, you should incorporate the graph into your first design.
Maybe have your stick out a little more, although they are very visible spread across the top, I feel that it should be different than how your body looks, but still feel uniform.
