Hey Jeremy, I think the space at the bottom of your design could be lessened and maybe a nice textured backgrpound in the far backl layer would add some character to the layout. other than that I think it is pretty clean and serves it's purpose.

Hi there,
I like the monochromatic approach you have taken for your design. I'm not sure a color rollover will add anything to the design, in fact, it might detract from the design. Maybe a glow rollover effect in monochrome or some other type of rollover animation would work better than color to stay true to your design.

Jeremy,
The clarity and contrast is great in this layout. I agree that the rollovers might need some working on. They need to stand out from their previous state and be more distinctive. Very nice use of layout and hierarchy.

I feel you need at add different profile photo it just seems a bit pretentious to me
