You're off to a good start, though I'm not sure where else to provide input with it other than trying to make it look more like it's for the GRC program, rather than TMCC in general like Nicole said.

Hi Campbell-
I like it all very much- very clean and easy to look at. Maybe you could also do a photo of the TMCC campus, so that people will relate your image more to TMCC and not just the city of Reno. Great job so far!!!
