Nice subtulties - the drop shadows, highlights and gradients. I'm especially enjoying the blue gradient coming from the left upper corner, your initials done in yellow has a nice contrast and its easily read. Something that may improve the design, I feel the content in the footer area is a bit to large. Maybe drop the type down a size or 2 and center it. Othetwise, nice work!

I really like this! I think that you could integrate the photo more into the design but over all great job!

I really like your photograph but I don't like the big blocks covering your picture, they don't match the picture.
