I'm really digging how your gears turned out; they're awesome! I'm not a big fan of the all uppercase font choice for your main body text, and the justified paragraph spacing is looking a little funky. But other than that, there's some great color and whitespace balance. Very unique idea!

I like the concept of the color wheel here. I think that it brings life to the design. Not sure how I feel about the TMCC logo being in the middle of the wheel though, maybe you could put your portrait there? i don't know, just a suggestion. Great job!

Great job Mark! The only thing that is really messing with me is the jagged edges within the main gear, but that might just be because you pointed it out while I was checking your design out in person. I would create an additional circle and place it on top of the center of the gear to smooth out that area. You could then place your TMCC logo on top of that as it's background. Other than that, this is a nice design :)

This is a very fun design! But maybe change the body copy to not being in all caps.

Looks awesome, I very like your design, works and looks great! the only thing I might change is the edges of your cirle in the middle, to make them clean even cirlce insted of rough edges to make more fluid with the other circles and shapes you have there, to keep consistency, they are all even and clean lines besides that one with logo inside. Great job, it is one of my favorite designs so far!!
