The first one is very nice, I like your banner area. The type is a little big though.

i like the idea of making the website in to a folder shape, but you must do something with those buttons other than just making them bigger. Also, i think your design needs a cool font.

First design looks really nice, I like how the layout looks professional. I think it needs some more color or some images to compliment the program though
