I really like the ice cream theme your design has but you might tone down the “sprinkles”(that is what they are, right?) and maybe swap the mint and drown in the footer. If you did that you could also change the white words into mint so it shows up more in you design. I agree that you should also put you name on it somewhere so we know whose work we're looking at. Great job though.
