I plan on having j query animation for the folders, the paper and picture will come out of the folders then the paper will go on top of the folder and then both swipe sideways off of the screen. And for the background picture one, the navigation is the parts of wizard the lizard picture.

I like your second one! its more you.

Although the second design is more you, I think the top design is way better. It is interesting and clean and doesn't look cartoon-ish. I think the top design is a good representation of the school and the program. I know you have already voiced that you will be going with the bottom design but I think you should reconsider.

I like the second one more definitely, I think if you can reduce the amount of TMCC green in the background and/or put some more modern-looking shapes or something in there you can get the best of both

I like how you broke up the photo in the first design, but I also like the tab idea of the the second design. I think I prefer second one though. I would just try to do something different with your logo because it feels like its just thrown in there.

I like the second one, the folders are a nice touch!

I think your rough 2 is working better. i really like the way you broke apart the TMCC mascott into blocks. I think you should use a color other than white for the body copy boxes next to the professors. Maybe a light green?

I like top one, it represent TMCC well.

I think you should put some TMCC green a little bit more.

I'm liking the idea of the first one but it seems a bit cluttered. Also obscuring the navigation text is a bad idea. Having a cool looking website is a goal, but the main objective is to have the information very accessible and easy to find.

Go with the folder one. Try to separate the grc portion at the top too much green.
