Here are my website ideas for the GRC redesign. I tried to make them look more modern and easy to navigate. Let me know what you think thanks.

I think the first one is more interesting. The second one seems too predictable to me

I really enjoy your top design. Maybe try justifying your type just to keep that symmetry within your page. Really dynamic and interesting so great job! And I'm not sure if I like that the TMCC logo touches the very top of the webpage.

I like the first one, easy to read and it'll be simple to design.

I prefer the top one. Its really clean and pleasing to look at. I would just justify the type like Avery said.

I really like the top one you designed. The imagery works really well. I would suggest a bolder font with more weight for the headline "what we do"

The second ones seem less crowded but the green gradient isnt working.

I like ver2. The only thing I would change is not moving the logo from page to page.

Your use of the TMCC green in the background of the second one is really well done. I also love the picture you chose with "Ron's sister". It draws the eye into the design without having the ubiquitous, overdone smiling person trying to show HOW GREAT!!! the program is. Also, it looks the the designer and the project are looking at each other, really effective. Both layouts are well done, you could use either.
