project1 final
I decided to go with this layout. As y'all can see I changed the background color, fixed the hyphen in the class info, nudged the navigation away from the logo, and replaced and resized the bacons with me own words. Big ups to y'all for the feedback!

Ry McD,
I think this layout is still very you. Brian would still judge you, but that's how you know it's authentic, haha. I like the bright colors against the dark background, it's definitely a very bold image. Plus, your movement with your shapes is fantastic and unique. I kind of wish you had played with fonts or font colors to draw attention to which of your text is meant to be buttons and which is meant to be body text. Still, I think it's pretty rad. [thumbs up emoji] Good job.

I really like the geometrics and high contrast of your design, Ryan. Your text layout is interesting but still legible. I also really like your colors and would have liked to see some of that repeated in your text. Well done!

I like your use of shapes and colors. The changes in the font has made it much easier to see and read. Nice job.

Very well done. I like the bold, geometric shapes and the changes you made have brought it all together nicely.

The contrasting colors look amazing, pulling out the white in the text and the sharp lines are also great being they keep the viewers eyes in the center of the page. The overall organization is very well done.

I still like the origami feel of this design, and the only thing I would be concerned about is the narrative (first person, third person narrator conflict), and perhaps the reduced legibilitty of reversed type in smaller sizes. Overall, and interesting and eye-catching design. Good job!

I agree with Loren that Brian would still have a problem with your color scheme lol but who cares good job! Your site is very you and I enjoy how you experiment with different shapes as well as contrast. That is very strong in this design. The only thing I would do is capitalize your name:)

Hi Ryan,
Im so glad you went with this layout. It is different and intriguing which I really enjoy. I also like how you changed the colors! They are working a lot better together. The only thing I would suggest is to center your buttons no the bottom of that triangle and bring your body copy up a hair so that it doesn't look so squished towards the bottom. Other than that, I'd keep everything the same! Great Job on your final Ryan!

I like these graphics a lot, and think your new color palette really enhances them. They stand out well against the black. I like your text placement and shapes, although your class title section and navigation sections are similar in size and font, it may be confusing to distinguish what is a link and what is not. Overall, your choices have made this a really string design.
