Hello everyone! One thing to know about me -- I loooove clean design. I think you'll see that in my work.
What I like about my designs is the color schemes and organized structure. I think I could have pushed variety a bit more.
Let me know what you think! I am leaning towards my second design.

You did a great job! Your first website has a great fluidity to it. I like the second design as well, but the first is so clean and all the pieces work really well in unison. I especially like the way you positioned the letters of your name into the blue squares

You've got two pretty similar designs here.
I personally prefer the second one. I think it's the little splash of color in it. It's very minimalist with really good margins. The blue works well as a "dark" color on the white. And it all sets up your actually dark image as the visual center of the layout. The extra colors offer a little splash of extra visual interest to the composition. Your navigation is large enough, well laid out, and easy to use. I also like your type choice. The sans-serif highlights your clean layout and is super easy to read. Some pretty deep ipsum text there too. Your multi-column layout does a great job of establishing heirarchy in your content, too.
Push the "Project 2" and "Project 3" text over a touch in your project link buttons to that they clip the right side like your Links and Thank You buttons do.
Seriously, the margin work is just about perfect here. Nice job!

As always your work is beautiful.
Love the how clean these designs are.
I love the first one most, except the name, since Murray is an actual first name I wouldn't want anyone to get you mixed up with some Murray Erika (Hey, it's a possibility, however remote.) Overall very lovely. I always enjoy what comes out of that head of yours.
Design on.

ELLOZ beautiful.... Clean, neat, and totally you.
I think both designs could be used. I personally like your second too. Your proportions in the layout are perfect. However, if you add that orange to the top design, that may be a game changer??? I would also center the project section in the white space for the top one too.
But again both designs are fantastic, as are you.

Hello Erika, great job on the rough drafts. For me personally, I like the second one labeled "rough draft 1" because you kept it clean and simple, the colors go great together and the website has a professional look. But where's the self paragraph? But great job.

Hi Erika,
Both of these designs are really great. I really like the layout on the first and what you did with your name. The first layout and both- you really do a good job of guiding the reader around the layout.

Erika,
I love your work! I do like what you did with your name in the first design, and like the layout in the second. The way you had the project designed is simple, and different. I think either one of them would work! Great job!

You're one of the hardest to pick from as both ideas are good ones. I picked the second one myself simply because more verity of colors and an image that fits the over all theme of a graphic designer/programmer. Only thing is I don't understand the reasoning behind words under each square shape, that I assume are links to the items the labels indicate.

Overall View:
I Like both websites they work well with all elements on the field working together, but between the two I would say that template 1 looks better but they are both a hard pick between each other.
Template 1:
Has a Nice look to it but, I feel like maybe it could use another color, but i could be wrong on this point.
Template 2:
Try Balancing the Red and green more into the website to give a nice balance in color.
