I used yellow because, duh.
And also because "yellow is a stimulating color that asks the reader to pay attention".

And my second scheme is red and a tint because it helps remembering facts and figures. Use red to reinforce good things, never mistakes.

These are fun and crisp (not sure why, but that's the word that came to mind). The color choices are vibrant and exciting. I like the highlighter feel of the yellow and the power of the red. Nice photos and the layout was easy to navigate.

oh man, that magenta is HOT, maybe a little too hot. the layout is pretty great tho.

They are both cool! The red one has an edger feel to it, the headline pops out at me the most. Cool work!

I like the red ones better mainly because I have never been a fan of yellow. Especially that bright highlighter yellow. It tend to hurt my eyes and make it so I am unable to see anything but YELLOW!

I like the layout of your first one a lot, its dynamic but simple. The yellow is a little bit much, sorry.

I like your first designs but it's reading more bright pink then red.....personally I like it but if you were shooting for red, you might want to adjust a little.

I like the magenta one, the highlighter is difficult to look at.

I like the red design best, it looks the most current. both are good layouts
