Looks good I like how your name/headline interacts with the photo a bit, seems to ground in into the design a bit. Other than that I like the font you used and the overall style of your navigation. nice job.

Love the contrast and simplicity. Your style guide looks really nice too. I agree that centering would be nice.

I love the design. I already said this to you in person but I will repeat myself for critiques sake. I think the site needs to either be centered or your background image (your pic) needs to be complete and the ponytail part needs to not be cut off at the edge. If the image wasn't cropped like that and the site was left aligned, it would look a lot cleaner in my opinion. Small thing to pick off, but it looks great Hilary!

Hilary, everything looks really good! I like how the image of you has almost a hand-drawn quality to it. And I'm super jealous that you have a corgi! :P

Hey, did you mean to title your webpage "175_v2_up" ?

Awesome! Love the site. Love how it has the white background on part of it, then a darker background, separating one part of your site from another. Rocks.

Why do so many people use a white background? It's nice, but it forces me to dust off my dirty monitor LOL
Anyway, very cool.

A very sophisticated, urban look. It is classy. Centering is the only thing.

It has a very professional feel with that image of you. I would like to see a giant rollover that would show the same image, except with a smile, show the other side of you.

Love it. ^_^

The drop shadows worked out really well, and so did your pic. I might try centering it, but I'm not sure it's absolutely required. Though I think somebody mentioned how your pony tail gets cut off... maybe a subtle frame of some time with the centering? Not sure. I'm not even sure it needs anything. Looking good IMO.

Oh, but don't forget your <title>! ;)
