My name is Darrell Carden. I attend TMCC for Graphic Design! Pretty new at computer software because i orginally attended college as a fine artist, so im excited to learn about this industry.

Hello there Darrell. Welcome to GRC 175! This class is a pretty good introduction to programming, I think. The languages we use have pretty basic syntax, so they turn into vocabulary word memorization problems really. As for softwares, this class is a medium to light software class. Mostly I like to emphasize that softwares are tools and that it's up to the designer to pick the right tool for the job. Also, multiple softwares can be used to solve the same problem in different ways.
