Logo

So I've decided I need a good logo for my web design/development company.
I was thinking of using the primary/secondary color wheel. I love the way it looks, plus it's so identifiable that I'm hoping my company becomes extremely identifiable as a result.
But is there an ethical rule against using the primary/secondary color wheel as a logo?
