Hi friends

I played with scrolling elements to have more space and make it seem interactive.
I do not know why the webpage itself scrolls lower than I wanted it to, it makes it look like there is a lot of empty space.
What I found helpful was watching YouTube videos and also asking help from the professor.

Hi Estrella, Nice job on your website. I like the simplicity of how clean and straight forward it is. The Navigation is easy to understand and moving around the website is relatively easy however It would help to have an Icon/button that appears on all the pages that can direct it back to home. Only thing i may have done was to play with a more Sans-serif Font that better meshed with the style of the Yale text. Aside from that great job on the website. (　´∀｀)b

Nice clean design. I love the color palette you chose and the image...it looks very modern. I had the same problem with scrolling...still haven't figured it out but I guess that's why we're learning. Nice job!

Really sleek design job, this looks really nice! I like the minimalist style, I think it works well for Yale's aesthetic and it makes it look very modern. I think the only thing I could suggest is adding a navigation bar to your other pages as well so you don't have to back up to the homepage to get to other pages throughout. Other than that this is a really clean and well done design, awesome job!

This looks nice! I love how you put the text within the boxes and the scrolling effect on the courses and graduation admissions sections. I tried to do that with one of my pages, but I couldn't figure out how to resize it to make it look good. The only thing I would suggest adding is something you can click on to take you back to the home page. Other than that, this is a nice website design .

Wow, your website had a lot of different links that work and redirect me to an actual page. I can tell that you put a lot of work into it. Someone else mentioned that you should make more use of Sans-serif fonts and I also agree. I think it would make your website pop out more and it would make it look clean. Good job overall though!

I love your homepage's layout with the contact info being placed on the image as well as how simple and clean it is. I do think that info is a little small, however, and would either try to make it bigger in its single column or break things up into two in that upper righthand corner. I too love that you have actual links when going through the apply to school pages. I know you meant to make the pages bigger in order to play with scrolling elements but because there is nothing, like, hidden off the screen or anything, to me, they are just dead space and not really doing much for the site besides getting people away from the info. I like that you have all of your text in scrolling boxes but for some reason I find those corners on the boxes to be too rounded compared to other elements being used on the site. Also, while you have good contrast with the dark backgrounds and the white text, I think your serif body font is possibly too thin or small or something (maybe it's my own eyesight issues ) but I would like to see some variation like you have on your homepage in order to separate things out even more than just making headers and titles a little bigger and all uppercase. Like others have said, it would also be nice to have some sort of image or piece of text that directs back to the homepage if not anywhere else.

Hi Estrella, you have nice contrast on you pages, very easy to read, you links work.Your color choice is sleek looking and modern. It would be nice to have some sort of way to get back to other pages without having to click the back button, that's the only part I would change. Good work!
