Hello, my name is NOT Michael. I'm totally not an astroturfed account of the instructor. And this is totally my Project One. Honest!

Ham hock andouille alcatra, jowl ribeye porchetta chicken kielbasa filet mignon meatball tenderloin salami ham shoulder. Ham hock meatball shoulder pig swine biltong. Filet mignon pastrami chuck, ground round beef ribs pork loin hamburger corned beef cupim. Edit: Apparently the instructor has all the design sense of a one eyed hippo.
