Hello Brooke!
I can certainly see how Alaska has inspired this project! It looks like a brochure to come visit the state of Alaska. Good job with all versions, but I will say that I LOVE the second version (computer version) with the snowcapped mountains and field. Well done!

Hi Brooke,
These layouts are so clean and pleasing to the eye, especially the first one! I absolutely love the color combinations you've chosen to complement the picture of the mountains, and the different links/buttons are inviting and look easy to navigate. Overall, amazing job, looks like a professional website!

Hi Brooke,
Your layout really catch my eyes. They are nice and clean. I love your background photo. Never been to Alaska but it's one of my bucket list! The blue scheme on the 1920px (second one from the top) works well with your background and makes your portrait pops. I really like the first one too. It's so hard to choose your poll. Nice!

I'm not sure where it sites in the blue to green continuum, but I really like your second computer design.
My favorite part of it is how dominant your landscape photography is in it. The whole page is laid out around the photo, which is an excellent choice. My favorite bit is how you took colors from the image and used them throughout your design. It really locks the whole thing together. Your semi-transparent navigation is well placed and easy to use. I like the gradiating gel buttons. Easy to use no matter if it's computer sized or mobile sized. You used a good selection of typefaces throughout the design, especially nailing the title.
I don't think you need the semi-transparent gray-blue box behind your type. Your dark blue-green background is plenty dark to pop that type out against. Plus it's not a nav button so no need to use that structure to confuse your users. I'd recommend using the colors from your computer version rather than the blues for your mobile layout.
Nice work! Great photography!

Hi, Brooke! I like your designs a lot. They remind me a lot of iPhone widgets personally. I think the colors you chose look really nice with the overall look of the design and I think the whole thing looks really clean. Nice work!

Hello Brooke!
The Alaska feel is pouring out of all of them! Of all the submissions, the blue desktop is my favorite. The alignment of the title is professional and pleasing, and the layout allows one to soak in the beautiful mountain image while leaving plenty of space for your text. For the mobile layouts, the text is a bit hard to read. Overall really good stuff

Hey Brooke,
I think you did a great job incorporating natural imagery into these webpages. I really like the second set where you have the dark ridgeline breaking up the background. I think this creates nice depth as well as give you a great place to present information. One thing you could add is to make you buttons a bright warm color, I think this would create some great contrast among the colors you've chosen.

Hi Brooke!
I love the blue mountain designs. The colors work so well together and I love the dark background with the lighter navigation. I also love how organized and put together everything is you can tell every part of your website has a place to go and nothing is out of place.
