Hello! My name is Sophia Gomez, this is my final project to make my web page. I chose the first design I made, I just fixed the margins and added my bio introducing myself as an artist and streamer (including my avatar name). For the mobile size, my bio is small, I hope to read well with a small size. I enjoy designing my web page design as well as using my favorite colors. I hope to work my best for the project 2.

I like this design a lot! The placement of everything feels correct. The Sega theme with the black to blue, to the font choice really goes with the streamer aspect and logo. Super cool

Hello Sophia! I like the design layout you ended up going with, the color theme works really well and i think your font also works well with the overall vibe you're going for :)

Hey Sophia!

Your design brings back so many memories for me as a fellow Sega/Sonic the Hedgehog fan. Nice use of colors. It is easy to navigate. My only suggestion would be to add a hamburger (dropdown menu) and replace the tabs on the mobile version, and also add your email address on both version. Otherwise, this was really nice and nostalgic. Well done!

Looking nice and video gamey there, Sophy. Say hi to your Sonic OC for me, will ya?

This one's looking pretty darn good. The whole thing reminds me a bit of an oldschool video game menu screen. I feel like I've plugged in my childhood NES, blown on the cartridge and booted up the system. Looks like there's two players in this game. Wanna' go for a round of two player co-op? But seriously, you use color well on this thing. The background gradient adds visual interest and moves the eye down the composition. Both colors in it are dark enough to pop both your image and your white type nicely. Good use of contrast. Also, I like the contrast between your script logo font and your 8-bit bodycopy and navigation. Two of your fonts are quite excellent and support your theme well. Your computer layout has really good margins too. Everything feels like it has room to breathe without fragmenting. Your navigation is easy to see and (hypothetically) use.

The margin between your bodycopy and your image on your mobile layout is a bit tight. I don't think you needed quite as bold a font on your bodycopy. The class info sans-serif clashes with the cool full 8-bit type you have going on everywhere else.

Not bad!

I was so happy to see the final version of this one, and you nailed it! The black and blue theme matches the color of Sonic perfectly, and the font you used fits in so well! Easy navigation, good contrast, and an eye-pleasing layout, great job Sophy!

Hello Sophia!
I love your design! I'm so excited to see this live. I love how you laid everything out; it feels perfectly in place. I love the typefaces you chose; they are legible and stylish! The colors work great together, and the hierarchy is strong. My only suggestion would be to make your picture a little bigger; only if you want it to be one of the main focuses! Aside from that, it looks amazing. :D

Hi Sophia,
Your design is cool! The font choice of body text is well introducing yourself as a streamer. The dark color of your background makes contrast with your texts and make those texts pop and easy to read. I also like your avatar.

Hello Sophia!

You captured the classic feel of a video game intro menu and I love it! The gradient black to blue is a great way to present the information, with the navigation up top sitting in the black and the body sitting in the blue. The gradient is wonderfully done in both computer and mobile layouts. I look forward to seeing how this page progresses!

Hey, Sophia

I really love the old retro game style you went with. Using the pixelized font really just adds to it. I also like how you set up your menu screen I feel like I would see that in an old arcade game for the different levels you could choose from. I like the different shades of blue you went with from the background of your picture to the gradient for the background and even your little caricature.
