I am posting this to relieve the pressure of this not being turned in, and will continue to work on it. Everything is WIP all the time, right? If you're reading this Friday the 8th at 11:50 youre probably seeing a better product anyway.
My inspiration came from late 1990s record label websites. I like the current product but will keep working as I learn more about CSS. This has taught be a lot, but mainly is that it really isnt that complicated, you just have to have a plan before you start coding. My colors contrast a lot and I like it.

I like your website, especially the spider above the body of your page, it's very cool. Your color scheme is good and I like the image of yourself and the way colored it. Good Job!
This one came out a little chaotic, Liam. I see where you we're going with it though.
I think my favorite bit is the random spider crawling across the top. It's a great animation and it certainly draws the eye, especially this close to Halloween. You've also got a good base structure to your layout. I can find a lot of things on it, and your bodycopy is very legible. I also see where you were going with the photos you used. They're my second favorite part of your composition. Your secondary nav is certainly easy to find and I like the use of the rollover on it. It's very liquid too, which makes it pretty darn responsive to different sized browser windows.
I do miss the collage and centralized navigation of your Project One though. It was a strong visual presence that drew the eye inward to the center of your composition. And your colors seem much more chaotic here. The dark blue in particular seems to clash with the black background. I lose your main navigation against the black. I also miss the lack of a rollover. The gray header seems to interfere with the contrast you were going for here too. It softens up your website a little too much.
Good effort though!

Hi Liam.
I gotta say I don't like spiders, but the spider on the header is the best part. I can see you're still have a lot of work to do. I agree with the instructor. The blue clashes with the black. Other than that, your design is going on a good direction.
I like how your design fits the same kind of 90's punk websites you listed in your inspiration. The spider gif at the top is pretty neat, too. I'm not sure if you left the bullet points and underline on your green navigation links on purpose. If you didn't, I would suggest making those look a little more clean next time.
Liam i love the spider! And i really like that you decided to keep the overall look of the a websites "bones". Like you kept the original typeface that is used in the coding programs and i think it gives it a kind matrixy feel. I think your layout is nice and easy to understand!
