Hello , my name is Ashley I like to go by ash but I am not picky.
I was in school a while back and life happened so I ended up taking a bit of a break but for the last 2 years now I have been working on finishing my degree and on the road to graduation soon I love graphic design and anything artistic really I want to pursue a career that allows me to continue to always be creative I am very intrigued by film and editing I would even like to know more about coding and possible deep diving into creating video games. I currently work in the cannabis industry fulltime I do a bit of everything within the company I have made their signage and different SOP's and important documents for the company as well as being able to be hands on work with processing the cannabis product and etc. on my free time which is little I do like to draw, paint and play video games . I do not live in Reno I used to , I currently live in Laughlin which is an hour away from Las Vegas and I look forward to getting to know you all as well as beefing up my skills in the graphics world.

Hello there Ash. Welcome to GRC 175. We're happy to have you! Sounds like you do a lot of design and page layout at your current job. Each design class you take will help with that. Heck, by the end of this class, they might have you working on their website! Regardless, we'll certainly be adding some tools to your toolbox this semester. I'm curious to see your solutions to the class projects.

If you have any questions, please ask. I'm available through Canvas, emails, and one-on-one Zooms depending on your need/preference.

One quick request. Could you put your name in your forum sig? I've got a video on it here that explains how.
