I got my rollovers working and made some changes to the layout.

Let me know what you think. Need to populate the text area, but will get that this week.

Not a bad start. The Roll overs are nice. I assume the gray box will house type in the future?

Yes, the box will contain the body text. I will also be putting a background color to fill in the rest of the page (either black or a dark blue to match the text).

The rollovers look really good but I still think having the headline on the side like that really decreases readability, especially with the drop shadow. I feel like you should work on your type hierarchy... maybe just make the headline with a sans serif easy-to-read typeface? Just a thought~~
