I finally got it up and going! What an ordeal that was. Here's my link - would appreciate feedback. I know there is a green "thing" that loads with the page. It is a tracker of sorts that Michael put in to help me figure out how to center the page. I will be taking that out, but wanted to get this up.
Thanks to everyone who gave suggestions to help me. All of what you said was a BIG help - and I appreciate all of you!

It's good except maybe centering it in the middle by moving it down from the page would help a lot, right now the Nav buttons are kind lost and scrunched up at the top. But over all its very good! Like the Imagery, and how you were so open to us helping you with those darn Nav buttons haha. your overcame, and it's done! yay!

Nice, simple, effective rollovers. Is it just supposed to say TMC on the bottom?

The body pictures took a few seconds to load in the computer labs on campus. May want to compress them more or make them a JPEG instead of a PNG

I like the buttons before when they were on your photo at top. Also they didn't navigate anywhere. The photo is great but hate seeing that green when its loading. Would love to see the rest of your pages otherwise love what you have done.

I like your logo's overlapping text.
Sorry, but I don't see that the glowing text represents your style (button rollovers).
Otherwise, nice, inviting layout.
I think the eye is drawn to bright colors first. My eye was drawn to the picture then the text at the bottom. I had to look for the buttons. I think the buttons are more important than the text at the bottom, so I'd reverse the colors --making the buttons lighter and the text at the bottom darker. I feel like a dang nitpicker!
like I said before --overall, it's a nice, inviting site!
