Here's what I have done for this project. I tried to keep it simple so that I wouldn't be tearing my hair out.
the original site is http://www.lingscars.com

Re: Allen Wilburn, Project 2.
I'm still laughing at your banner omg that face hahahaha
But anyway, that original website is like an explosion of GIFs and other stuff. You did a good job organizing that jumble of mess. Website is easy to navigate on and all the information are there. Smart idea to add a scroll bar inside the text box itself to contain your text in one place!
One thing I noticed though is your paragraphs are a bit too close to the edge. Add some more padding in it and maybe justify the type? Throw in some sans-serif too? Other than that good job!

Re: Allen Wilburn, Project 2.
When you click on the link it will take you to a white page and if you click home it will then redirect you to the site. I'm sure that is an easy fix. Once I found the page I like the colors right away. It definitely has humor and some of the images are hilarious. The OG site is garbage it looks like someone threw-up code and it somehow worked. Good job.

I forgot to update the link after I did it incorrectly the first time.

A definite improvement, Allen. Good work.
I think the top banner is really the highlight of this one. Nice work with the rippling flag, the car silhouette, and Ling's crazy face sticking out. The navigation is large, easy to use, and I like the subtile rollover effect you have on your buttons. The layout of the site is pretty clear as well. And the prominently placed photos are ... bizarre.
Just a couple of things on it I don't care for. One, I'd say you need to shrink the button text slightly so that you don't have crowding on some of your longer buttons. Two, I'm not sold on a scrolling div tag as your text container. I think letting it stretch vertically would work much better for the design.
BTW, I totally want like, three Bricklin Blowfish now.
Nice work!

Lol that head in the banner haha. But your website looks really nice! Easy to navigate and I'm really liking the colors you chose with the banner. I think the photos of ling ling in each page is funny and great. My suggestion would be for the "contact" page to maybe center align the info in that white container and increase the font size a little.

Hey there Allen! HAHA! Project 2 is funny, glad you went with the more playful layout, it's suitable. I'm liking the incorporation of colors from the flag throughout the site. One thing I think would make the home page better is to utilize that negative space. Perhaps modify the type to do so?

the original is soo bad, that i guess Michael needed to pick two people to revise it hahahaha.... I like what you did here. It's simple and gets to the point. I do especially like that it WAAAYYYYYYY easier to get through now.... rather than a whole bunch of "blah"... Great job! =)
