Poochie

"Poochie" is a 5-yo spayed female GSD mix available for adoption at the Sacramento County shelter on Bradshaw near Hwy 50. She was previously adopted but was returned due to her strong reactions towards other dogs on leash (even though the adopters were warned about this behavior).

Here's what shelter staff say about Poochie: "She is a fun-loving exuberant girl that loves attention and has become a staff favorite. Poochie is great with all people here at the shelter, and a few volunteers report that she walks very nicely on leash."

NOTE: Due to space constraints and a non-stop flow of stray dogs into the shelter, this dog can only be held for a limited time, and will be euthanized if not adopted or rescued.
