The premise of this project is to take an existing website that is in need of some tlc, redesign it, and build a five page prototype website of the new, and hopefully improved, version.

The website I chose is 'Natural Advantage Health Shoppe'. As can be seen in the screenshot, it is green on green with blue text.As well as the layout making it look narrow, it has very little contrast to break up the monotony. Each of the pages throughout look the same. However, it does have one gem. The logo they are using is very good.

I used the logo as my starting inspiration. I used the logo on all of the pages and the greens from the logo as the base colors. From there, I moved the links vertically to the left and replaced the green banner with pictures of colorful herbs. By adding a neutral, textured area for the body, I widened and brightened the whole composition while still leaving a natural, almost organic feel.To finish it off, I added text and pictures taken from the original website.
