I really like the beach layout it feels relax i would just say play with your body copy more its kinda hard to read.

I like how nice and simple they all look, they aren't cluttered and aren't too busy to distract the eye. I would say however that the last one the color of the type is a little too light and maybe could use some more contrast.

Hi Yuri-

Your designs really clean and organized. I would consider the App and Web with the tower in the background and the web design with the photo of the lady. I like the mellow use of the colors to create a calming to the content. I would look at different font type to create interest and emphasis the content.
