project 3 final
Hi everyone- Here is my project 3 link. Teachers, I hope you don't mind that I've used a mad-libs generator for the body copy content about you all... the mad libs seem to be more creative than I could ever be! http://grc175.com/student/spring_2013/nicole_medrano/grc175_project3_medrano/index.html A...

Re: uploading on the server trouble!
Thank you Michael- It worked! I'm so close to having everything function how it should, however when I uploaded my project one with project 2 and 3 in folders, my project 3 is not showing up. I'm concerned because it works fine in dream weaver, and also when I preview it... any idea what I've done w...

Re: uploading on the server trouble!
Well I bit the bullet after all and purchased fetch. It seemed to bring me right to where I needed to go. Then I deleted my previous project 2 and posted my project on folder in my student space... but now I'm confused, is there any other step I have to take to finalize it??? Because when I go to cl...

Re: uploading on the server trouble!
The screen that pops up for me looks slightly different than what appears on your pdf, so this is why I'm so confused! I'm just guessing what passwords and usernames and such to put into what boxes, because I have no clue what is what> I'm freaking out.

uploading on the server trouble!
HI Michael, Well I'm trying to upload my completed website to the ftp server, and I tried to buy "fetch" online but it costs around $30, not $10, and I'm just trying to avoid spending that much, so I want to upload using dreamweaver instead, even though you said its a pain in the ass. I re...

Based on your description I can see why you chose the images you've chosen, however I don't think the images will translate to the TMCC graphics program, for the average viewer. They are still beautiful images though!

I'm agreeing with everyone else- graphics and images will take this much farther. I like the blue layout more but then I would change the text to a more contrasting color like white.

Re: Nicole Hicks, Project Three Preliminary
Hi Nicole!
Yes I definitely think I like the more colorful layout. But the circles might be throwing me off just a little- maybe they are "competing" too much with your colorful header graphic?

Re: Uphill Battle all the way!!!
I think I like the first one more- the simple folders with colorful tags indicating the different pages of your site are cool- they kind of seem like those divider folders that you would find in a 3 ring binder. very "scholastic".

I think I enjoy the second layouts more- the graphics are fun and more stylish!
