I really like your dark-colored one but maybe with the layout of the bright-colored one! I think that second concept's layout looks a lot cleaner and seems easier to navigate! I think it looks really nice awesome job! I also like the font you are using for your name in the second concept.

Some of my favorite designs are here. I voted that you should go with the dark mode. Layout wise I think you should go with the layout of the second designs. Your font choice is very fun but obviously a bit hard to read. I think for body text you should change to something else to make it easier to read. All the big text can stay.

Hi Sam! I like your contrast on your first roughs, it ensures a lot of legibility. I think my critique would be to use sentence case for your body copy rather than all caps to make it easier to read, and maybe even find a simpler font for the body copy. Nice start!

Someone else commented on the idea of using the dark colors but using the light-colored layout and I think that I agree. I also agree that it needs a smooth sunglasses-wearing night mode kitty.
The first set of colors are very nice, and to be serious I usually find dark modes easier on the eyes. The only thing that I can think of to suggest is if you do end up using the light mode layout instead, to make the direction of the shadow boxes behind all the text and color blocks consistent between mobile and desktop layouts. If you go with the dark mode layout, I think the navigational buttons could also use the same gradient effect you gave the others, just in that teal color. Happy designing!

I like your dark mode one most because it gives me 90's space roller skating vibes. I also think it's a bit more organized making it easier to go through. I think changing the font and making it a bit more readable is something to think about. I also think it would be super cool if you could photoshop just the cat with the black background. It'll look like the cat is in space. I like the light more too but something about cats in space just sounds so cool! I think both designs are really amazing though!
