Our facilities all feature top of the line equipment by Life Fitness and Precor, the top fitness manufactures in the world. We supply our members with three or more machines per muscle group to keep your body guessing and maximize results.
We also offer a wide variety of classes to keep you motivated and excited. Classes include zumba, pilates, yoga, rock bottom, and cycle group just to name a few. We are constantly adding and updating classes so be sure to check the schedule.
