Project II is picking a website that is aesthetically-challenged and redesigning it. I chose Mercia Tourist Board. Horrible, right? The purpose of this site is to welcome and inspire visitors to come to the English Midlands, also known as Mercia. I sought to create a site that is pleasant, beautiful and inviting to those interested in history and the countryside. I think beautiful pictures and a non-busy design, along with simple adornments achieves this.

Project III is all about looking at Design School websites and re-crafting our own TMCC GRC program website. The message I wanted to get across is that we do amazing, world-class projects here. What you learn here is exciting, fun and applicable to a job.

I like that my made-up featured artist is a pharmacist who left his borning, practical job to do something he really is passionate about.
