Enrollment Information

We value every family at all of our centers, and our goal is to make sure that everyone has a positive experience at Creative Kids. We believe in establishing a close relationship with our children’s parents from the beginning to the end of their childs enrollment. We think it is important to start that relationship by meeting with parents face to face. If you are interested in enrolling please call your choosen location to schedule a tour of the center. It is important that our staff and parents work together as a successful team in promoting a safe and fun learning environment for all children.

Our Rates for ALL Locations

We do our best to provide quality care and education at the lowest possible prices for our families. We limit our rate increases and offer a variety of payment options to help out our of families. We offer part time-daily rates only when space is available. Current tuition rates and registration fees are posted in the office of each center and will be discussed prior to a child entering our center. When our rates are subject to change we will notify parents prior to the effective date.

  • Nursery to 2 years-
    $195 per week. $42 per day
  • 2 Years-$175 per week. $38 per day
  • 3 Years and Older
    • (Not Potty Trained)- $170 per week. $36 per day
    • (Potty Trained)- $160 per week. $34 per day
  • School Age-During the School Year:
    • Before & After School- $85 per week
      *1/2 day_$16 per day No school $19 per day
    • Before or After School- $65 per week
      *1/2 day $12 per day_No school $15 per day

Enrollment Forms

If you would like to enroll your child or children to one of our learning centers, your first step would be to please schedule a tour. We believe it is a great way to begin our positive relationship with parents and children. After your tour and you have made a decision to enroll, each form listed below is required at the time of enrollment except medical forms. If possible could you please return these within 30 days of enrollment date.

Before, enrollment please review all sections of our Parent Handbook and sign the forms at the end. Please keep for a future referencce if needed. This will help us work together in providing a positive and effective learning experience for your child/children at Creative Kids Learning Center.
