Articles of Incorporation

1. The name of this corporation shall be "Biggest Little Swing Dance Club, Inc", hereinafter referred to as "BLSDC".
2. The principal office/location of BLSDC shall be located in the state of Nevada, County of Washoe, at such place as designated by The Board of Directors.
3. The Resident Agent for this corporation shall be Steve Rowell, Post Office Box 20824, Reno, NV 89515
4. This Corporation is a Non-Profit Corporation as defined under NRS 82.081 and subsequent Articles.
5. BLSDC is an association of West Coast Swing Dancers, operating as a Non-Profit organization under the name of "Biggest Little Swing Dance Club, Inc". BLSDC is dedicated to the promotion and preservation of West Coast Swing Dancing through dances, "Club Night Out Events", workshops, instruction of dancers, and other social events as designated by The Board of Directors.
6. BLSDC may engage in any lawful activity subject to the expressed limitations set forth by The Board of Directors.
